It's basically an instant kill on most enemies. The only downside is it comes late in the game, but arguably, fights start getting hard enough to really need it here.Ī: Possession, Shock Jockey, Undertow- Kinda hard to argue against Possession. Return to Sender makes you completely immune to damage and is very cheap to upgrade to its full potential. It also just feels like it fits the best in Columbia, second to Bucking Bronco. Any enemies it doesn't work against can be dispatched relatively easily. And the trap aid lets it persist through battles (and universes). It gives you enough time to reposition or combine with other vigors to spread their effects. S: Murder of Crows, Return to Sender- Murder of Crows is an instant stun that covers almost a whole room (including enemies you might not have seen) and damages them. Some are harder to use than others or come too late in the game, but they're all fun to mess around with. Overall Tier-List: I should preface this by saying that I don't think any of the vigors are bad. So what do you think? What’s your tier list? I might be missing something with this Vigor, but to me, it is the least versatile and least effective in the game. It doesn’t help this comes VERY late in the game when almost every other Vigor you have has more uses. I feel this Vigor only suits one play style, and that’s one where you get completely up close and personal with enemies and take them head on. It does have a low salt cost, so it has that at least.ĭ: Charge- I think I probably only used this Vigor twice total, the first trying it out, and the second to double check that I wasn’t missing something. I can see how it is effective when dealing with enemies in cover of those that move fast, but other than that, the other Vigors simply offer much more in their power and versatility. Return to Sender is fun to use but against melee enemies it is worthless, not to mention it also comes quite late in the game.Ĭ: Bucking Bronco- I rarely found myself using this Vigor. Murder of Crows is a devastating combo with Devil’s Kiss, but other than that, it feels like Devil’s Kiss is overall better. Shock Jockey mainly works well when facing mechanical opponents, but outside of that, I’d only find the trap version of it useful for momentarily stunning enemies. The only problem I have with it is that it comes very late in the game.ī: Shock Jockey, Murder of Crows and Return to Sender- All of these Vigors I feel are primarily situational at best or have other flaws keeping them here. Undertow is phenomenal in simply eliminating enemies in open areas as you can splash them right out of Columbia and close the distance on snipers with its other effect. Devil’s Kiss is obtained early and does a lot of damage and is quite versatile in most combat situations. When this Vigor is fully upgraded, I can’t think of any situation it wouldn’t be useful in.Ī: Devil’s Kiss and Undertow- Both of these Vigors I rank high for different reasons. It comes very early in the game and the upgrades mitigate all the draw backs it has, such as only at first working on machines and then also improving the salts capacity for it. S: Possession- Honestly this Vigor stands alone at the top in my opinion. I wanted to ask what everyone’s opinions were on the Vigors based on their usefulness and versatility. I recently replayed Infinite and actually had quite of fun using all of the different Vigors after maxing out my salts early. How do I extract sounds/textures/models from the game?
